would her true love ever come? wondered fate. she gazed around the meadow and let out a hopeful nicker to a few passing stallions. they turned and threw her a look of disgust. she turned from them, dissapointed. it seemed like forever since her last love, that had turned out so horribly. she sighed again, memories of her last love filling her head. she shook her head, hoping to forget that. well she was here and she was ready for anything. she reared and let out one final call, hoping her dream stallion would come

So the stallion had claimed his lands and his herd had vanished. Now what the heck was he supposed to do? Trellavon had never done something like that and suddenly it just poofs right befor his eyes. Ah well. It was too late to turn back now. So now what was there to do?
After moments of thought, he decided to make his way to where the mares were. He had passed by the land on the way to his new home and had given it little notice. He did not have much of a need in the way of mares. However, if he was going to create another herd again, he should at least have a sizable herd that he could be proud of.
Steering clear of both the neautral and dark claiming grounds, he made his way towards the land where those of his own standing waited for... well, since he was the only stallion about, he supposed they were waiting for him. Very well.
He had been called a charmer by some who had been graced with his presence for a short while, but Trellavon had truly never put any effort into enticing mares. He supposed he had better start. Although it would seem that his looks might be lure enough for them.
Entering the lands, he caught the scent of one other on the breeze. Lifting his head, he let out a whinny of greeting, so as not to startle her, wherever she may be. The lands were not all too large, and they were mostly open meadow, so she should not be too hard to find.
After several moments of searching, the black stallion's eyes found their mark. A gray mare stood grazing quietly in the distance. He approached, but then halted several yards away. He quickly dipped his head in a respectful manner, whickering to her and asking permission to approach. He then lifted his large black skull once again, holding it at a regal level which signified that he possessed power.

Fate raised her head at the stallion. she quickly ran her eyes over his figure, noting his stance. she raised an eyebrow at him telling him he wouldn't win her over that easily. finally she relaxed a bit and gestured to him that he could come closer.

A snort blew from his nares in disgust. He flicked his black banner and turned his back towards the fea. He held his head high in pride, how he hated mares, such moody creatures! Although he probably wasn't any better. He trotted off and grazed showing no intrest. Tail swishing at the pestering flies. The stallion was secretly watching the mare from the corner of his eye.

Fate pinned her ears at the stallions retreating form. if he was going to be moody he was not the one for her. she turned away from him to graze but grew bored quickly. she looked up at the open land around her and an urge to run overcame her. she bolted, the stallion behind her forgotten

/"Pssh... mare's"/ He chuckled to himself. /"Why do I even bother?"/ He contiued to graze on the blapes. His lips gingelry gliding over the green and then munching until what was only left was stubs. His wild unkempt forelcok swept over his eyes. He shook them away life and it's little annoyances. He casualy walked over to the pond to take a gulp and forget about the stupid mares. His muzzle dove into the water and slurping nosies came from him as the water ran down his throat.

fate looked back at the stallion, stunned he hadn't come after her. she turned away from him once again and decided she needed a more...stable less moody stallion. with that she turned away from him and reared, imagining she was a stallion and that she could claim this land. but she knew that was never to happen.

A chuckle escaped him and soon he was bursting in laughter. "Mares and the things they do..." He lipped his lips and contiued to be a lawn mower. Sooner or later the mare would get tired of trying to get hisattention and would come up to him. It would just be a mater of time.

The bay galloped towards the two horses. His orbs widened as he saw his brother whom he loved dearly. ~"Trev?!"~ He rushed up to him and bit him playfully.
^"Dauntless go..."^ Bitterness filled his voice.
~"But I would like you to meet Dove! Do you have a Lady my..." He starred at Fate. "Nu uh no way not her! My brother can't be hitting on one of my friends! Plus she's not even intrested in you!"~ Dauntless' eyes thinned, how could his brother do that?

Ftae spun around at dauntless's voice."you know each other?" she asked shocked. then she spun around to dauntless and pinned her ears "he was not in any way flirting with me. in fact he is more moody than any stallion or mare i have ever met."

~"Can't you see the family resemblance? He's my brother." Dauntless admitted. "He was so flirting with you. That was his grazing move."~

Fate pinned her ears at dauntless. she looked back and froth between the two stallions and could indeed see the family resemblence. she tossed her head up and down, annoyed dauntless was right."if he was flirting with me he is the worst flirter ever." with that she turned away from both stallions and made her way to the spring, her ear cocked back to hear what they were saying

"She's just a little moody, lay back on the sas trust me..." Dauntless left and reunited with Dove. "You're the last person I'm going to take advice from." Trev grunted and left. "Well we must be off if you are looking for a herd to join you can join ours." Dauntless sighed and began to gallop away.

She slowed, watching the conflict between the two brothers and mare. She tilted her head, seeing Fate, whom was an old friend. A nicker escaped from her, and she dipped her nose, pawing the earth. Ground kicked up as she struck, and she then stopped, gazing at all the equines present. The two brothers had a dead give-away resemblance. A flick of her tail, and she began prancing in place, becoming bored of standing. The Gypsy's eares flicked foreward, in the direction of the others.

~"My brother you should gain respect for me. You are in the presence of two royals one more snap out of you and anything can happen."~ He grinned evily, but then starred at his love and nuzzled her. ~"Off we go! Hopefully they will settle things and maybe become members of our royal herd."~ He sighed, how could he his brother be such a demon to Dauntless. Dauntless had never done anything to hurt him. His hopes were high his brother would turn around the corner and once again be the two brothers.
